Quotes
This option allows users to print all open Purchase Order Quotes at once, eliminating the need to print quotes individually. In addition, the transaction allows access to print quotes to users that do not have access to Purchasing > Order Reporting. Once the form is opened, the list of Purchase Order Quotes displayed will be defaulted to "Not Printed". In this case, only Quotes with a blank "Printed" field will appear in the list. Once a Quote is marked as Printed, it will not show up in this form anymore unless the display is changed.
